In 2010, Judith Finer Freedman, founder of The Balanced Worker Project™ wrote a book entitled, “Cracking the Code: Unlocking the Potential of Future Leaders in the Legal Profession.”
The book is published by West, a division of Thomson Reuters. The book is the first of its kind to investigate the impact of the economic downturn on the newest generation of workers and provide practical solutions that are relevant to any workforce to maintain its competitive edge in challenging times.
In 2009, Ms Finer Freedman was chosen as a “Rising Star” by WorldatWork® and The Alliance for Work-Life Progress® (AWLP).
The “Rising Star” award is presented by The Alliance for Work-Life Progress® (AWLP) and WorldatWork® to professionals who demonstrate emerging leadership and growing contributions to the work-life community.
In 2008, The Balanced Worker Project™ was selected as a “Promising Practice” by the Business and Professional Women (BPW) Foundation and was highlighted in their Successful Workplaces Digest. The Digest was released in June 2008 at the National Employer Summit [link].
